Unfortunate Origami

Unfortunate Origami Spell5

Transmutation

Traditions arcane

Cast [two-actions] material, somatic, verbal

Range touch; Targets 1 object

You alter the target into a replica of itself fashioned from folded paper. The new paper item has its weight reduced by 1/3 of its original form (minimum light Bulk), it’s Hardness is reduced to 0, and it’s BT is reduced to 1/10. A weapon affected by the spell has its damaged reduced to 1 slashing damage, and it gains the nonlethal trait. Origami armor and shields provide no armor or shield bonus to AC, though if they are magical, they retain their enhancement bonus. Origami items retain their magical properties but are very fragile and susceptible to damage from being worn or wielded, Each time they are used, the wielder must make a DC 5 flat check to handle them or they break.

If the object is worn, it must make a Fortitude save to avoid destruction at the end of each day.

Dispel magic or similar spells can end the effects of unfortunate origami.
