You send your spirit outside your body as an incorporeal duplicate of yourself. You gain a fly speed of 60 feet, but you can’t venture more than 300 feet from your body. You are also unable to enter areas warded against incorporeal or extraplanar creatures. You are still visible, but you can see incorporeal invisible creatures, which have concealment to you. In this form, you can cast spells with verbal components only. You can’t otherwise attack or affect other creatures. Your corporeal body is flat-footed and slowed 2.

Damage either your spirit or body takes counts against your total Hit Points. If either your body or spirit are destroyed, you die instantly. If your body and spirit are more than 300 feet apart at the beginning of your turn, you must attempt a flat DC 10 check.

On a failure, you drop to 0 Hit Points and become dying 1 (or increase your dying condition by 1). If your spirit does not return to you body before the duration ends, you drop to 0 Hit Points and become dying 1 (or increase your dying condition by 1).
