Cast [two-actions] somatic, verbal

Range 100 miles; Targets up to 100 creatures

You send a message or sound on the wind to specified creatures in range. You can specify the creatures by name, or designate them by their position or role (such as soldiers of a palace guard, or the governors of an empire’s scattered provinces). The wind travels throughout the range. It is as gentle and unnoticed as a zephyr until it reaches each target. It then delivers its message or sound, which creatures other than a recipient perceive as a gentle breeze (although, a successful Perception check with a DC equal to your spell DC can hear the message or sound).

The message can be no longer than 25 words, and the sound can last no longer than 1 round. The wind swirls around for up to 10 hours until it delivers its message, dissipating after this time if it fails to deliver its message.

When casting the spell, you can choose to increase the range to 1,000 miles and subsequently reduce the number of targets to 10.
