You perform a ritual gesture, stance, or pose, and focus and refine your ability to concentrate on spells. For the duration, you only need to sustain this spell to Sustain a Spellfor all other spells you cast that have a duration of sustained. If a sustained spell allows you to perform an activity with the spell while Sustaining a Spell, you must spend an action to do so.

Heightened (6th) Your spells become sustained by your unconscious mind. You can Sustain a Spell for all spells, including this spell, as a free action. You no longer have to spend an action to perform any activities while Sustaining a Spell. You can continue doing so until this spell ends, even while unconscious, unless you die or become stupefied 4 (or worse).
