You summon a small cloud of glimmering fireflies that obscure vision into or through the cloud (making creatures concealed) and cause all creatures in the area to become dazzled. The fireflies also secrete a soporific pheromone that causes all creatures in the area to be affected by the sleep spell, except it requires a Fortitude save rather than a Will save.
