You imbue the target weapon with an aura that disrupts the connection of summoned creatures to the Material Plane.

When the target weapon strikes such a creature, the weapon attempts to counteract the summoning as if you made the attempt. The weapon can only make one attempt against an individual creature each round regardless of the number successful Strikes against the creature, but it can make a check against different summoned creatures during the round.
