Latch On [two actions] Requirements The mind flayer must have a target grabbed. Effect The mind flayer attempts to attach its remaining tentacles to the targets head. The mind flayer makes two tentacle Strikes against the grabbed target. If both hit the mind flayer latches onto the targets head with all four of its tentacles.

Mind Blast [two actions] (occult, mental) The mind flayer emits a powerful blast of pure psychic energy in a 30 feet cone. All targets caught in the area must succeed at a DC 28 Will save or take 3d6 mental damage and be stunned 1 and stupefied 1. If the target critically fails its saving throw it takes 6d6 mental damage and is stunned 2 and stupefied 2. Other mind flayers are immune to mind blast.
