Disable DC 19 Religion (trained) to banish the cold spot with ritual prayers or DC 20 Occultism (trained) to foil the arrival of outside forces

Sudden Chill [reaction] (cold, evocation, occult) Trigger A living creature enters the area; Effect The temperature drops as invisible spirits gather around the living. Living creatures within 15 feet take 2d4+5 cold damage (DC 17 basic Fortitude save). Creatures that critically fail their save are additionally clumsy 1.
